How can I order from you?

Once you've found something you like, just add it to your shopping cart and go to checkout to redirect to address entry and payment method.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if the order is not sent, just contact our customer support who will take care of it.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have used the wrong delivery address or just want to change it, please let us know. We can either redirect them or change the address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, almost always. If the order is shipped, we will not refund the shipment.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, you can buy all available products on our website.

I have not received an order confirmation.

If your order was successful, an order confirmation will be sent. Check your spam emails. You may have used the wrong email address. Contact us if this is the case.

Where can I see what I have ordered?

You can always see it on your order confirmation. Once you have created an account, you can also log in and view the status and products ordered.

How long can I return my item?

You can return your item up to 30 days after receipt or collection (Please make sure that you send back the item within these 30 days). The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. When purchasing goods, the original packaging can make up a significant part of the value of the product. Therefore, always remember to return the packaging. 

How can I return the ordered item?

If you want to return your product, please write a message to our support via the contact form in the footer of our website or by e-mail to support@dyh.com. Please explain why you would like to return the item and also provide your order number so that we can make a note. 

You must pay the costs associated with returning the goods. You are also responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed and arrive undamaged. After contacting us on the support you will receive information regarding the shipping address. 

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse, we will try to stop the shipment right away. But when it is shipped from our warehouse, it is your responsibility to return the order. 

How do I get my money back?

Once the item has been received, researched, and approved in our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. We will transfer the purchase amount back to the account with which the item was purchased. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the return amount to another account. Please note, it can take up to 30 days for the money to be credited back. 

How can I return my damaged/incorrect item?

You can complain about a defective or damaged item. The complaint must include a description of the error as well as a picture. The complaint must be made within 5 days after delivery of the goods. All complaints must be sent to support@dyh.com and we will find a solution. 

Please note, you still have the right to a warranty. If the item is used beyond inspection and if this results in deterioration and damage to the purchased item, we reserve the right to refuse to take back the item subsequently damaged by the purchaser.

We ship all over Europe.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We use DHL, GLS, PostNord & Dascher, sometimes we use our logistics partner for larger furniture.

Delivery period?

In stock it takes only 2-3 days. Delivery times can vary greatly. For smaller products, it should not take more than a week if they are not in stock. For larger or special products, the delivery time can be 2-4 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery in the EU. Outside the EU, the delivery price will depend on the size of the product(s).
